Yourcountant has a free plan that never expires, and paid plans for the extras. Here is exactly what each one costs and what you get — no surprises.
Free — ₵0, forever
Record your sales and expenses. Manage your stock, up to 50 items. Track who owes you and who you owe. See your reports and your profit, and download them as a PDF. Send receipts and payment reminders on WhatsApp. It works with no internet. Every record is saved on your phone the moment you enter it, so the app keeps working when the network is down and catches up later. You can put it on your home screen and open it like any other app. It handles the way shops really sell: open a bag and move it to a measured listing to sell by the olonka or the margarine tin, and the cost follows the stock across. It speaks English, French, Spanish and Swahili. And the help desk is open to every shop, paid or not. This plan does not expire, needs no card, and asks for no payment. Your records stay on your own phone and belong to you. If your shop grows past 50 stock items, Plus raises the limit to 500 and Maximize removes it entirely. Nothing you have already recorded is ever hidden or deleted.
Plus — ₵99 a month, or ₵950 a year

Everything in Plus, with no limit at all on how many stock items you list. Bukipa stays at 20 questions a day. This is for shops and wholesalers carrying a large catalogue. Paying for a year costs ₵2,400 instead of ₵3,000 — a saving of ₵600.

No monthly plan and no subscription. Buy Bukipa questions when you need them and use them whenever you like — credits never expire. • ₵30 for 100 questions • ₵60 for 225 questions • ₵120 for 500 questions — the best rate Every new shop starts with 3 free questions, and these packs are the way to carry on without subscribing. If you are on Plus or Maximize and use all 20 of your questions in a day, credits cover you until the next day. Recording your sales, stock and debts is never affected. That always works, on every plan, whether or not you have any questions left.
Your first 15 days
Every new shop gets Plus free for 15 days, so you can try the extras before deciding. The trial ends at 15 days or 50 stock items, whichever comes first — that's Free's own stock limit, so the trial is for trying every feature, not for building a bigger catalogue than Free allows before deciding. When it ends, nothing is charged and nothing is lost. Your shop simply moves to the Free plan with every record still there. You can subscribe whenever you are ready — or never.
How you pay
By mobile money — MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo — or by card. Payments are handled by Paystack, the secure checkout used across Ghana. We never see or store your wallet or card details. You pay for one month or one year up front, and we remind you before it runs out. We do not set up any automatic recurring charge: every payment is one you approve at the time.
Stopping
There is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew. Your paid period runs to its end, then your shop moves back to the Free plan and you keep everything you have recorded. Subscribe again any time.
If a price changes
Prices are in Ghana cedis. If we ever change a price we will tell you in the app first, and any period you have already paid for is honoured at the price you paid.
