This policy explains our approach to refunds. Yourcountant is provided by Conversingai.
Try before you pay — 15 free days
Every new shop gets the paid extras free for 15 days. During this time you can use every feature and decide whether they are worth paying for, at no cost and with no obligation. When the 15 days end nothing is charged — your shop moves to the free plan and keeps every record.
No refunds after you subscribe
Because you can test everything free for 15 days before paying, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Please use those free days to make sure the app suits you before you subscribe.
Cancelling
You are never locked into a subscription: simply do not renew. Your paid period runs to its end, then your shop moves back to the free plan and you keep all your records. A payment already made is not refunded.
Exceptions
If you were charged in genuine error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will look into it fairly.
