The service
Yourcountant is a simple bookkeeping tool that helps you record sales, expenses, stock and debts, view reports, and get help from an assistant. It is a tool to help you keep records — you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is intended for one shop.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own lawful business record-keeping. Do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or use it to store unlawful content.
The assistant is a helper, not an accountant
Bukipa can answer questions and help you record entries, but it can make mistakes. Always review what it shows you before you confirm. Nothing in the app is professional accounting, tax or legal advice — for those, consult a qualified professional.
Plans, trial & subscription
The heart of Yourcountant — recording your sales, expenses, stock and debts, and seeing your reports — is free and does not expire. Some extras (the Bukipa assistant, cloud backup, and the monthly audit report) belong to a paid plan. Every new shop gets those extras free for 15 days. When the trial ends nothing is charged and nothing is lost: your shop simply moves to the free plan with all your records intact. See Pricing for what each plan costs. Nothing is ever charged without your approval.
Your data & backups
Your records belong to you. We provide backup and export tools, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data lost due to a lost device, deleted data, or failure to back up.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Conversingai is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app.
Ending your use
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. If we make important changes, we will make them available in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
